Delete your QuickStop AI account

You can delete your account and its data at any time. There are two ways.
From inside the app — takes effect immediately
- Open QuickStop AI
- Tap your profile picture, top right of the home screen
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account
- Confirm twice — the second prompt spells out exactly what is removed
Your account is deleted straight away. Nothing is held for a grace period.
By email — if you cannot sign in
Email teams.sxfstudios@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject Delete my QuickStop AI account.
We action requests within 30 days and reply to confirm. We may ask you to confirm from the same email address, so that nobody else can delete your account.
What is deleted

| Your place in any game | Removed. If you were hosting, the room passes to another player |
What is kept, and why

| The shared word list — that "Islamabad" is a valid Place starting with I | These records carry no link to any player. They are facts about words, not about you, and are what let the game score everyone's answers |
| Scores of games already finished, as they appear to other players | Your name and profile are removed from them. Other players keep their own results |
Deletion is permanent. You can sign up again later, but no profile, statistic or game history is restored.
